1. Shipping

Order Processing

After placing your order, it usually takes 1 business day to process.

Delivery Times

The average delivery time within the EU depends on when the order is placed, ideally before 11:00 PM. During busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping is free for all orders within the E.U

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment. Please note that it may take a few hours before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

2. Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason, provided the product meets the following conditions:

● The product must be unused, and in the case of devices, must not have been turned on or used. Our professionals can determine whether a product has been used.

● The original packaging must be undamaged.

Return Procedure

To register a return, send an email to info@myvliet.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval of your request, you will receive the return instructions and return address. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Conditions for Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. If the product meets the return conditions (unused, in original condition and packaging), you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Warranty Claims

Products that become defective within the 2-year warranty period due to material or manufacturing faults can be returned for repair or replacement. Damage caused by improper use, such as drop damage or water damage, is not covered under warranty. Please contact us for further instructions regarding warranty claims.
