Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Also check your spam folder if you can’t find the email. Keep in mind that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace code sent to you by email. Use the link in the email to go directly to our Track & Trace page and view the current status of your order.
Shipping Partners We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS. You can track your order directly via their websites or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
EU: Place your order today before 11 PM, get it shipped the next day.
Delivery Delays Occasionally, delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or customs. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3 days, feel free to contact us at info@myvliet.com.
Lost or Missing Parcels If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll investigate with the courier and assist you with a resolution.
